Associate Director (Services)

Children's Cancer Foundation (CCF) aims at developing our services both on cancer and other life-threatening illness and would like to invite passionate applicants to join our team.

To cope with our service development, we are now inviting passionate applicant to join us in supporting and walking with young patients with medical complex conditions and their families at difficult times.



  • Provide leadership on project management, including budget control, output and deliverables monitoring, as well as report review and submission
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with key project stakeholders and act as the primary point-of-contact
  • Play an active role in proposal drafting, discussion and presentation
  • Support the Services Director in annual planning and budget for the professional services teams
  • Maintain influential communication with community partners, collaborate and manage CSR programmes
  • Oversee the service administration function, manage and supervise corresponding senior staff
  • Support service development, collaborate with the Development team on promotion campaign and presentation
  • Oversee and coordinate large-scale events, such as symposiums
  • Develop and update the service manual, contracts and agreements and relevant documents
  • Participate in senior management meetings and discussions

  • Passion for providing holistic care to support seriously-ill young patients and their family
  • Degree holder with a minimum of 10 years relevant experience at the managerial level. Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of Senior Manager
  • Healthcare professionals and/or social work training is preferable
  • Creative, self-motivated with excellent interpersonal and influencing communication skills
  • Strong organisational, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese, with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels
