We are seeking for Change Manager to take charge of change management initiatives, guiding their implementation. Change Manager design and execute strategies to facilitate employee adoption of workplace changes. He/She collaborate closely with other key stakeholders to ensure changes align with Society's strategic objectives.

Responsibilities :

  • Developing and implementing change management strategies and plans to support our Society's objectives and growth.
  • Identifying and analyzing potential risks and impacts of change on our organization, employees, and stakeholders.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth and effective change process.
  • Designing and delivering engaging communication and training programs to support employees through the change process.
  • Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of change initiatives and providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Building strong relationships with key stakeholders and providing expert advice on change management best practices.

Requirements :
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Accounting, Finance or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in change management or a related field with proven success in driving organizational change and transformation. Solid experience in the social welfare sector is preferable.
  • Strong project management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Adept at navigating complex organizational structures and processes.
