Administration Officer (Yuen Long Community Pharmacy)




  • Provide administrative support to the daily operation of the community pharmacy
  • Provide executive and logistic support to related committees, working groups and meetings
  • Collate statistical data and compile relevant monthly and annual reports
  • Support promotional and publicity activities as well as general public enquiries
  • Need to work on flexible hours and Saturday by roster
  • Perform any other related duties as assigned by supervisor

  • A Hong Kong recognized degree or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years' experience, preferably in government institution and / or non-governmental organization (NGO)
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Competent skills in use of IT applications; with basic knowledge in accounting is an advantage
  • Excellent communication skill, well-organized, energetic and enthusiastic

The appointment will be made on a fixed-term contract basis.
