Administrative Officer (EO II) (Youth & Community Service)

Contract Period : 1-year renewable contract

Requirements :
Degree holder or above with good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese; attained Level 4 or above in English and Level 2 or above in Chinese in HKDSE or have Grade C in English and Grade E in Chinese in HKCEE; 2 years of relevant working experience in office management and administration, including coordination with units / departments, perform administrative and financial duties for facilitating the smooth running of services, and supervision of clerical staff is preferred but not required; familiar with using Microsoft Teams; strong sense of responsibility, attentive to details and accuracy; good interpersonal, presentation and communication skills; able to work in team and with colleagues of different services / departments; able to work under pressure and challenges

Duties :
Financial Management: prepare annual budgets; monitor procurement and tender procedures; review accounting guidelines periodically; Funding Management: prepare applications, progress reports and payment claim for projects; Human Resources Management: assist in handling HR issues and manpower planning for service development; responsible for general administrative affairs of the Service; Report & other secretarial duties : draft & prepare correspondence and reports

Salary :
$34,060 per month (commensurate with working experience)

Working Hour : 5-day work week

Location : Mid-Level Central
