The School of Architecture at The Chinese University of Hong Kong is a world-class, research-led and professionally connected learning environment. We are now seeking an outstanding Part-time Project Co-ordinator II to join the School's administration team.

The appointee will be responsible for (a) planning and co-ordinating School events and activities; (b) monitoring budget and processing reimbursement; (c) providing administrative support to undergraduate and postgraduate programmes; (d) managing non-credit bearing short-term courses and workshops; and (e) performing other duties as assigned. Working beyond normal office hours or at weekends will be required occasionally.

Applicants should have (i) a Bachelor's degree; (ii) at least 3 years' post-qualification experience at tertiary institutions; (iii) an overall Grade D or above in Use of English in HKALE or Grade C / Level 3 or above in English Language in HKCEE / HKDSE, plus Grade D / Level 3 or above in both Mathematics and Chinese in HKCEE / HKDSE (proof of academic results from GCSE, AL, SAT, IELTS or TOEFL will also be considered); (iv) good interpersonal and communication skills, and an excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua); (v) excellent and accurate data and information management skills; (vi) proficiency in computer applications, including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint, and Chinese word-processing; (vii) good experience in handling postgraduate and research programme administration; (viii) a strong sense of responsibility; (ix) a positive attitude and team spirit to work along with other colleagues; (x) a diligent, mature, self-motivated and well-organized work attitude; and (xi) independence and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
