Continuing Care - Enhanced Home And Community Care Services / Integrated Home Care Services

• BSc in Occupational Therapy or equivalent
  
• Be registered as an Occupational Therapist in Part 1a of the Register of Occupational Therapists under the Supplementary Medical Professions Ordinance and have a valid practising certificate in Hong Kong
  
• At least 5 years working experience as an Occupational Therapist I. Experience with HA or NGO is preferred.
  
• Be a self-motivated team player with good interpersonal and leadership skills.
  
• Have a strong sense of commitment to care for the elderly.
  
• Provide supervision and training to occupational therapists, supporting staff and other stakeholders.
  
• Promote and support occupational therapy evidence-based practice and clinical research.
  
• Promote the use of the up-to-date technology in outreaching for the elderly.
  
• Develop, implement, monitor and audit of procedures, policies, and standard of practice in community care services.
  
• Provide direct care services and special consultations to community outreach service.
  
• Work with the management team to set and implement goals and annual plans.
  
• Work Location: Hong Kong Island Area
