Founded in 1954, The Mental Health Association of Hong Kong (MHAHK) is a non-profit social service organization with the goal of educating the public on mental health. We are looking for high caliber candidates to fill the above position.
Descriptions
Duties :
- To play a pivotal role in ensuring that the Association's ICCMWs provide high quality service for the service users.
- To provide professional advice and support to staff members of the centre / service projects and help to develop professional protocols and standard of practices.
- To provide leadership in training, supervision and continuous assessment for professional staff that promote a team culture of learning.
- To act as senior practitioner for cases with complex needs to ensure timely provision of client-centred services.
Requirements :
- A recognized master degree in mental health care disciplines, preferably in social work / occupational therapy / psychiatric nursing.
- Minimum 5 years' clinical experience in mental health services (of which at least 3 years at supervisory level).
- Registered with relevant professional bodies or have a valid practicing certificate / license issued by local authorities.
- A good command of both English and Chinese.
Remuneration will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
