Kwai Tsing District Health Centre is the first DHC adopting a "Medical-Welfare-Community" collaboration model. We are currently recruiting a high caliber executive to lead the Centre aiming to promote individual and community involvement, enhance coordination among medical and social sectors, and strengthen district-level primary healthcare services to build a "Healthy Kwai Tsing".

Descriptions

Key Responsibilities :

  • Plan, lead and coordinate the operations of the K&TDHC and report the progress to the Association and government departments on a regular basis
  • Lead the multi-disciplinary professional service team to implement Primary Healthcare Services of the K&TDHC
  • Maintain effective communication and collaboration with all community stakeholders

Requirements :
  • Degree holder and has at least 15 years of post-qualification professional experiences. Out of which a minimum of 10 years in a management and supervisory position in the areas of public administration, medical service or social service, etc
  • Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in both English and Chinese
