Descriptions

• Design service strategies based on school / community needs as assessed
  
• Implement the work plan and to evaluate the effectiveness of the group, programs and case intervention for quality improvement
  
• Provide information and consultation to youth, parents and the community to utilize community resources to meet their needs
  
• Coordinate with other organizations and disciplines for resources to support the students' development
  
• Prepare and submit up-to-date case reports; program proposal, budget, evaluation, financial and statistical reports on activities and programs
  
• Control program expenses within budget and handle receipts in accordance with accounts procedure
  
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned
  
• Working location: Kowloon / Shatin district
  
• Bachelor Degree or above in Social Work
  
• Registered Social Worker
  
• Good command of oral and written Chinese and English is necessary
  
• 2 years' experience in Social Work and school related works are an advantage
  
• Good communication, collaboration skills
  
• Responsible, self-motivated and able to work independently under pressure
