The CUHK Business School is a leading business school and a pioneer in business education in Hong Kong. Since its establishment in Hong Kong in 1963, the CUHK Business School has gained world recognition of nurturing business leaders with immense contributions in Asia Pacific. The School has been offering a comprehensive range of undergraduate and postgraduate programmes (MBA, MSc, MAcc, EMBA, MPhil, PhD) with over 4,600 students from 20+ countries / regions, as well as executive education. It has one of the most extensive alumni networks in the region, with over 40,000 alumni around the world.

The Office of Taught Postgraduate Programmes oversees and co-ordinates admissions exercises, student recruitment, student matters and exchange opportunities of taught postgraduate programmes in collaboration with various internal and external stakeholders. The Office is looking for an organised and fast-moving executive to support diversified activities for the taught postgraduate programmes.

Reporting to the Executive Officer, the appointee is to (a) monitor PR stories on social media platforms and channels; (b) create and manage social media posts and website content; (c) compile marketing analysis and reports; (d) support activities of admissions and student recruitment; and (e) perform other duties as assigned. Occasional travel or working outside office hours may be required.

Applicants should have (i) a Bachelor's degree in Communications, Digital Media, Information Engineering or related disciplines; (ii) at least 2 years' post-qualification work experience; (iii) a good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua); (iv) IT proficiency (including MS Office, Chinese word processing, CMS, basic HTML / JavaScript, etc.); (v) good interpersonal / organisational skills and teamwork spirit; and (vi) self-motivation, a problem-solving attitude, the ability to work independently and good client servicing skills. Experience working in higher education will be an advantage. Shortlisted candidates may be invited for interviews and/or written test(s), as appropriate.

Appointment will initially be made on a 2-year contract with contract-end gratuity commencing as soon as possible, renewable subject to good performance and mutual agreement.
