Our school is an Aided Christian Primary School dedicated to serving the community through the provision of quality Christian Education. Applications are invited for the post of Principal (HM1). An applicant should possess the following qualifications (not exhaustive) :
Descriptions
To serve from 1 September 2024
- Supportive of Stewards' education ethos and the School's vision and mission;
- Meeting the requirements of principalship set by the EDB, including
- Holding the Certification for Principalship (CFP)
- An appropriate degree, with professional qualifications in education;
- At least 5 years of experience in school administration at HM1, HM2 or SPSM level;
- Pass the test requirements of the Basic Law and the Hong Kong National Security Law - Good command of English, Chinese and Putonghua, both oral and written;
- Sound experiences in curriculum development, and have research interests and competence in either language, science / technology, mathematics, art / music, health / physical education;
- Profound education insights and a strong sense of commitment; and
- Strong leadership and team building competencies, as well as outstanding inter-personal skills.
