We are providing a range of home based care services and community support services to the elderly or families in need and persons with disability in the community. We are committed to support Hong Kong families to Care the elderly in the Community, particularly frail elders and aged couples, to retain their capability to stay home and prevent premature institutionalisation, so that they can enjoy ageing in a familiar community.

Descriptions

  • Formulate service plan and monitor the delivery of elderly service.
  • Initiate and facilitate service and project development.
  • Provide professional nursing care service especially cases of higher complexity.
  • Ensure service performance to comply with legal requirements and other relevant professional and Society's standards.
  • Organize and conduct intra- and inter-disciplinary in-service training to colleagues.
  • Certificate of Registration issued by the Nursing Council of Hong Kong with at least 5 years' working experience, preferably with a Master's Degree.
  • Good competence of clinical experience and skills, with supervisory experience an advantage.
  • Night duty NOT required.
