We are providing a range of home based care services and community support services to the elderly or families in need and persons with disability in the community. We are committed to support Hong Kong families to Care the elderly in the Community, particularly frail elders and aged couples, to retain their capability to stay home and prevent premature institutionalisation, so that they can enjoy ageing in a familiar community.

Descriptions

  • Reporting to Senior Manager, the job-holder will take up the overall management and operational responsibilities, covering a number of service centres in the district, service scope will be Integrated Home Care Services, Enhanced Home and Community Care Services and / or special projects.
  • Registered Social Worker.
  • Degree in Social Work with 5 years' post-graduate solid experience in home based care services.
  • Management or supervisory experience in elderly service an advantage.
  • Have a strong demonstrated interest in community care and elderly service.
