Job Duties

• Lead the audiological service team and direct the clinical, development, operations, administration of the audiology centres to ensure achievement of strategic goals
  
• Supervise a team of audiologists, audiology technician(s) / audiometrician(s) and other supporting staff in daily operation
  
• Carry out clinical duties and advise on the selection and use of hearing-aids and other appropriate remedial and rehabilitative measures
  
• Offer training to subordinates according to professional standards, statutory regulations and service requirements

• Master's Degree or above in Audiology
  
• Registered Audiologist accredited by the Department of Health
  
• Minimum of 5 years' post-qualification working experience, 3 years of which at managerial level
  
• Strong leadership and good interpersonal skills
