Responsibilities :

• Oversee all audit and internal control operations;
  
• Supervise the accounting team;
  
• Works closely with CE and other senior executives to outline organization's goals and oversee the long-term financial health;
  
• Liaise with Social Welfare Department and other funders,
  
• Preparing of audit reports for government-subvented services and non-governmental subvented projects and liaison with external auditors;
  
• Management of investment under Agency investment policies.

• Have a recognized degree in Accountancy, or equivalent;
  
• English Language (Syllabus B) and Chinese Language at Grade E or above in HKCEE / Level 2 in HKDSE;
  
• Proven experience as director of finance or similar role, experience in subvented NGO is preferred;
  
• Work independently and self-motivated;
  
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities;
  
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
