Key responsibilities :

• Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons in English for secondary students
  
• Provide and maintain a positive learning environment that caters to differing student abilities and unique learning styles
  
• Collaborate with other faculty members to support curriculum review and bring about new ideas to enhance quality of teaching
  
• Lead extracurricular involvements to promote all-round development of students
  
• Contribute to administrative tasks integral to school's operation, including service on various school-wide committees
  
• Attend professional development programs, including school-wide professional development days, to further teaching practice

• A bachelor's degree major in English / Literature is preferred. Relevant majors in arts / language related will also be considered
  
• A bachelor's degree in Education or PGDE / PGCE or equivalent awarded by an accredited university preferred. Candidates with relevant teaching experiences without a PGDE / PGCE will also be considered
  
• Highly fluent communicator in both oral and written English
  
• Strong passion and commitment to working with a diverse community of students and fellow educators
