• Degree, Associate Degree or Higher Diploma in Marketing, Communications or related discipline
  
• HKCEE 5 passes including English (Syl B) & Chinese at grade E or above or equivalent
  
• Minimum 2 years of solid working experience in marketing or communications, in health care related field is an advantage. Knowledge and experience in social media management & Customer Relationship Management (CRM) is a priority
  
• Good command of both written and spoken Chinese and English
  
• Proficiency in computer skills including MS Office and Chinese word processing, hands-on experience in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  
• Creative, self-motivated, responsible, detailed oriented
  
• Able to work independently and under pressure to meet tight schedule
  
• Develop and implement various marketing and communication initiatives to drive awareness and membership
  
• Develop and manage the content for social media platforms, website, mobile app and other marketing collaterals
  
• Copywriting, copyediting and/or editorial of publications, website, PR, marketing materials etc
  
• Engage, liaise and co-ordinate with community stakeholders for collaboration and joint promotion
  
• Organize thematic health events and campaigns
  
• Any ad hoc duties as assigned by supervisor
