Responsibilities

• Provide IT support to users
  
• Set up PC and other peripheral devices for users
  
• Maintain accurate list of hardware / software inventory and user accounts
  
• Maintain endpoint security
  
• IT procurement

• Diploma or above in Computer Science or related disciplines
  
• MCP / MCSA / MCSE would be an advantage
  
• Minimum 2 years' experience in supporting PC hardware and peripherals, antivirus
  
• Experience in supporting Zoom / Microsoft Team meeting
  
• Experience in Microsoft Office 365, AD account creation, shared folders permission setting and Aruba Wifi would be an advantage
  
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
  
• Good written and spoken Chinese and English
