• Higher Diploma or above in Management Information System or related disciplines
  
• 1 year relevant experience
  
• Excellent knowledge in IT security, application software and hardware devices
  
• Good analytical, problem solving, communication and interpersonal skills
  
• Good command of spoken and written in English and Chinese
  
• Perform technical support for users on all IT-related issues, such as application software, networking, server, desktop and telecommunications systems
  
• Oversee the daily performance of computer systems, assist with hardware and software upgrades
  
• Assist in system development including but not limited to studying user requirements, system design, testing, writing up user manual, training and implementation
  
• Monitor and support the use of new system, propose improvement plan
  
• Provide training in application of information systems
  
• Identify and propose new tech products / solutions to enhance our operations, work safety, members' physical mobility and/or mental development
  
• Work as a member of the central support team to perform administrative support to Rehabilitation Services
