Responsibilities :

  • To assist in development and implementation of new information systems.
  • To perform technical support on network, system and application systems.
  • To manage LAN / WAN infrastructure, Fortinet Firewalls, Microsoft365, NAS, printer accessories.
  • To perform administrative support and handle hardware / software procurement, service contracts and billing issues.
  • To provide helpdesk support and solutions to users.
  • To assist in agency events when required.

Requirements :
  • Diploma holder or above in IT related disciplines.
  • Related work experience is preferred.
  • Good networking knowledge.
  • Self-motivated, effective and efficient problem-solving skill.
  • Able to work in a team with good communication skills.
