Descriptions

Requirements :

• The applicant should be a native-speaker of English or possess native-speaker English competence.
  
• A bachelor's degree in English Language or related disciplines from a Hong Kong university or equivalent.
  
• A recognised teacher training qualification in primary education.
  
• A Teaching of English as a Foreign Language or a Second Language (TEFL / TESL) qualification at least at certificate level, or an equivalent course of study recognised by the EDB.
  
• Experience of teaching PLPR / W, KIP and Phonics is preferable.
  
• English teaching experience in local primary schools preferred.
  
• Knowledge and skills in public speaking and debate preferred.
  
• Capable of using IT, e-Tools and e-Resources.
  
• Applicants must comply with the terms of appointment and salary under the Primary NET Scheme of the EDB (NET)
