Facilities Manager (M2b-KNIV)

Descriptions
Requirements :
- Degree holder preferably in Property / Estate Management;
- 2 years' managerial experience in property management especially in managing institutional properties preferred;
- Strong interpersonal skills, team spirit, problem solving skills and customer-oriented;
- Can work independently with flexibility and good administrative skills even under stress;
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese;
- Good PC skills on MS Word and Excel, PowerPoint and Auto CAD.
Job Duties :
- Manage the repair and maintenance of a rehabilitation services complex;
- Supervise the operation of estate management;
- Prepare budget and tenders for property management services with different parties;
- Develop and lead to best practice and guidelines on maintenance and implementation of environmental protection;
- Attend the BMC meeting and follow up the requirements of the owner / members;
- Prepare for updated contingency plans such as fire drills;
- Handle the complaints and accident reports from the building users;
- Coordinate with internal parties in planning and implementation for the routine building management;
- Assist in development projects related to building management;
- Outdoor work is required.
Working Hours : 44 hours per week and on shift by request (non-overnight)
Working Location : Kwun Tong
