  • Higher diploma holder or above in Information Systems or related disciplines
  • Minimum 2 years relevant experience
  • Good interpersonal skills, communication skills and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in software development preferred
  • Knowledge in Office 365, PowerApps, Power BI is an advantage
  • Stable, responsible, self-motivated and willing to learn
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Coordinate with vendor and provide technical support for IT Projects
  • Assist service of applying information technology to streamline the operation
  • Perform daily IT support and hands-on system support to end users
  • Develop program to smooth the service operation
  • Develop dashboard / reports for the service
  • Assist in the use of Social Media platforms
  • Follow up Ad hoc Projects and assignments
