The appointee will be responsible for (a) the implementation of various branding initiatives, including the production of the School's publicity materials, compilation of e-Newsletters, updating the School's website, executing social media activities, etc.; (b) project and event co-ordination, including organization of conferences, seminars, workshops and arrangement of incoming and outgoing visits; (c) daily research administration and assistance in the implementation of various research-related initiatives; (d) offering support in human resources-related and general office administration; and (e) performing committee work and other duties as assigned by supervisors.

Applicants should have (i) a recognized Bachelor's degree; (ii) at least 3 years' post-qualification work experience; (iii) an excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua); (iv) solid experience in writing bilingual publicity materials, reports and papers, and coordinating events; (v) knowledge of website administration and digital marketing, and proficiency in software applications, including MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint, and Chinese word-processing skills, Photoshop, etc.; (vi) good communication and interpersonal skills with the quality of a team player; (vii) excellent analytical and organizational skills with attentiveness to details; and (viii) strong self-motivation, problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and multi-task.

Appointment will be made on a 2-year contract with contract-end gratuity, renewable subject to good performance and mutual agreement.
