Descriptions
Ref.: BOD/HRO
- Degree holder, preferably in human resources management, or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years solid experience in recruitment, employee relations, payroll and benefits administration, preferably in sizeable non-government organization and knowledge of government subvention
- Experience in managing and conducting C&B projects, such as salary review, budgeting, incentive scheme, leave, HR policies update will be an advantage
- Good understanding on Labour ordinance, MPF ordinance, Inland revenue ordinance and related ordinance
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Strong PC skills in MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Chinese word processing
- Immediately available will be preferred
- Yuen Long (Au Tau)
The appointment will be made on a fixed-term contract basis.
