Descriptions

Ref : PHS/DHCE/D/Part Time D/MP

Responsibilities :

Provide dietetic services to service users of the DHC Express Scheme, including direct assessment, treatment, program planning & implementation, be responsible for related documentation, communication & reporting
Conduct primary health promotion, education talk & provide direct patient education & coaching
Provide professional inputs in service planning and development of the Scheme

Requirements :

Bachelor of Science in Dietetics plus internship and on list of Hong Kong Academy of Accredited Dietitian
Possess 5 years or above post-qualification experience in patient care related practice in dietetic service, preferable both in clinical setting or in community setting
Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Possess good communication and presentation skills
Proactive, mature and independent; possess good computer literacy
