• Degree in Business / Public Relations / Communications / Marketing / Event Management, HKCEE 5 passes [incl. English (Syl B) & Chinese at grade E or above] or equivalent
  
• 2 years of post-qualification work experience in relevant field
  
• Strong sense in IT tools, multi-media, social-media, digital marketing
  
• Proficient in English and Chinese
  
• Passionate in youth work, with agility, creativity and team building skills
  
• Handle operation, management and development of career-related projects for secondary school students and tertiary students
  
• Provide marketing strategies for both digital and offline marketing
  
• Coordinate PR & marketing events, and manage write-ups and promotion materials
  
• Build network with multi-stakeholders
  
• Assist the team supervision
