Responsibilities

• To take charge technological aspects of imaging modalities to provide quality diagnostics service
  
• To assist the Department in-charge to perform general administrative duties and to perform specialized clinical duties
  
• To supervise the day-to-day duties undertaken by subordinates to deliver a high level of service and care to patients
  
• To assist the Department in-charge in quality and risk management to ensure customer and staff safety
  
• To assist the Department in-charge in planning of new Radiology service
  
• To be responsible for staff training & development
  
• To monitor routine maintenance of equipment
  
• To perform shift duties and on-call duties when required
  
• Any other duties as assigned

• A degree and/or higher qualification in Radiography from a local university or equivalent
  
• A Certificate of Registration (Category D) (Part 1) and a valid Practicing Certificate issued by the Radiographers Board, Hong Kong
  
• At least 5 years' working experience as diagnostic Radiographer, experience in MRI, PET-CT and CT is an advantage
  
• Good communication, problem solving and planning / organizational skills
  
• Fluency in written English and Chinese, as well as spoken English and Cantonese
