Director (HR & Admin)



Requirements :

  • Degree Holder in human resources management or related discipline;
  • Minimum 10 years post-qualification experience in human resources management, of which 5 years taking up supervisory role in HR management and general administration;
  • Well versed with Employment Ordinance and related legislation in Hong Kong, and preferably a member of HKIHRM;
  • Knowledge in building management and IT applications is preferred;
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English & Chinese;
  • Mature with good communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Proficiency in MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities :
  • Lead and supervise the daily operation of Human Resources Department, Administration Department and Information Technology Department;
  • Provide advice on staff engagement and retention, staff recognition and development programmes, formulate & implement human resources policies and procedures;
  • Work closely with senior management team on manpower planning, hiring requirements and staff issues;
  • Monitor staff establishment headcounts, salary adjustment exercises, HRIS enhancement and streamline of workflow;
  • Assist in the formulation the agency budget;
  • Provide advice for agency building services management and IT development.
