The Hong Kong Society for Rehabilitation (hereunder as 'HKSR') is a non-governmental organization dedicated to providing services to enhance the quality of life of persons with disabilities, chronic illness or challenges of aging, and to advocate for their equal opportunities in the social, civic and economic arena.
We are looking for high caliber candidates to work for the Community Support Programme for Recovered Covid-19 Patients. The project is funded by The Hong Kong Jockey Club, with the aim to support the recovery process for the recovered patients with Post Covid-19 conditions by a community-based case-management rehabilitation model.

Job duties :
Assist in liaising and communicating with community partners, maintain a smooth referral process and documentation
Assist case managers on case progress and follow up issues
Carry out promotion plan and activities, and other logistic arrangement
Coordinate on service evaluations, data input and prepare reports on administration and budget aspects
Requirements :
Degree holder or above in discipline of public health, social sciences or related subjects is preferred
At least 1 year experience in working on administrative support and coordination
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
Self-motivated, independent, detail-minded and good team player
