School Executive Officer (Contract Post)


Requirement :

  • Applicants should have a local bachelor's degree, or equivalent
  • Good command of English and Chinese
  • Good interpersonal, communication and organisational skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office Skills
  • Relevant working experience preferred (see job descriptions below)

Job Descriptions :
  • Support the operation of the IMC such as drafting minutes in ENGLISH, preparing documents for meetings, assisting in elections, etc
  • Assist in executive functions of financial resource management such as procurement of goods and services, etc, and human resource management such as arrangements for leave of absence and promotion, etc.
  • Supervise and manage duties of non-teaching staff such as janitors and office clerks
  • Assist in internal administrative arrangements such as the maintenance of school premises and facilities, etc
  • Assist in handling of routine school administrative matters

Salary :
  • Based upon the School Executive Officer Grant provided by the EDB
  • To be discussed with the employer
