Key Responsibilities :
Develop, execute and monitor the case management and supported employment service plan in order to attained the required KPIs of training services and needs of targeted trainees & employers
Build up community and employer networks with key stakeholders and mobilize available resources for the benefits of the center
Supervise Supported employment and Sunnyway team professional staff in service planning and implementation to ensure quality outcome
Assist in center management, budget planning and monitoring of designated project and competent team building to ensure service efficiency
Plan, evaluate, and improve the efficiency of business processes and procedures to enhance quality, efficiency and output
Work Location : Lam Tin (Main), Tuen Mun
Job Requirements :
Registered Social Worker or above
Candidates have a career planning certificate, counseling or related to vocational rehabilitation specialized experience is preferable
Engagement and partnership skill with stakeholders and employers
Strong analytical and strategic mindset, coaching and supervision skill
Proficiency in MS Office and computer skill
Fluent in Chinese and English writing and speaking
Team work, innovative, self-initiative, good in communication and flexible
