Executive Officer II (carrying the job title of 'College Development Officer') (New Asia College)

The appointee will be responsible for (a) supporting the formulation and execution of the Service Learning Programme of College General Education; (b) administering and supervising the related courses and experiential learning activities; (c) liaising with course instructors, collaborating bodies and other stakeholders; (d) collecting and consolidating reviews for programme evaluation and development; (e) supporting other student-oriented services and activities, as well as College administrative work; and (6) performing other duties as assigned.
Applicants should have (i) a Bachelor's degree; (ii) fulfilled the language requirements set out on the website : http://www.hro.cuhk.edu.hk/en-gb/languageforeo ; (iii) at least 3 years' post-qualification executive experience in the tertiary education sector; (iv) an excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua); (v) an energetic, self-motivated and outgoing attitude; (vi) excellent communication and organisational skills; (vii) the ability to multitask, and work independently and under pressure; (viii) the willingness to work outside office hours as necessary; and (ix) competency in IT applications. Experience / expertise in tertiary education administration, youth-related work, experiential learning, or public organisations will be advantageous. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to sit for a written test.

Appointment will initially be made on a 2-year contract with contract-end gratuity, renewable subject to mutual agreement and good performance.
