The appointee will be responsible for (a) providing executive support to new projects; (b) providing assistance in promotion, and organisation of activities and training programmes; (c) maintaining and managing websites; (d) providing support to committees and meetings; (e) handling complaints and enquiries; and (f) performing other ad hoc tasks as assigned. Occasional irregular working hours, including weekends, evenings or holidays, may be required.

Applicants should have (i) a Bachelor's degree; (ii) at least 3 years' relevant experience, preferably in the tertiary education field or non-profit organisations; (iii) a strong command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including fluency in Putonghua); (iv) a basic understanding of the discrimination ordinances; (v) strong interpersonal, communication and organisational skills; (vi) the ability to work independently and under pressure; (vii) good IT proficiency (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.); and (viii) a positive attitude. Relevant experience in event management or complaint handling will be advantageous. Shortlisted candidates may be invited to sit for a written test.
