Descriptions

Responsibilities :

  • Provide Clerical and logistic support to the General Office of the School
  • Handle enquiries of teacher, students and parents and provide necessary support to the parties concerned
  • Maintain and manage school records in an organized manner
  • Assist in the organization of school events
  • Any other duties as assigned by the Principal

Requirements :
  • At least 5 subjects at Grade E / Level 2 or above in the HKCEE / HKDSE, including English Language (Syllabus B) and Chinese Language
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Word, Excel and Websams
  • 1 to 2 years relevant experience in education sector is preferable
  • Good communication and interpersonal skill
  • Able to work independently and have strong sense of responsibility
