Administrative Assistant (Adm & HR)

Descriptions

Ref : AAA&HR

Major Duties :

  • Provide overall support to Adm & HR Department
  • Provide reception duties, handling of incoming and outgoing mails, etc
  • Take meeting minutes and draft letters to staff and government departments
  • Assist in handling staff movement, training, orientation, etc
  • Assist in handling procurement & insurance

Requirements :
  • Degree holder with relevant experience
  • Strong sense of responsibility, self-motivated, people & detail-oriented and independent
  • Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese
  • Proficiency in PC applications, esp. knowledge in HR database, MS Word, Excel & Chinese Word-processing
