Human Resources & Administrative Assistant


Responsibilities :

  • Responsible for full recruitment cycle including arrange and conduct interview, reference check, prepare employment contract and conduct new employee orientation etc.
  • Provide support in HR & Admin. including analyzing data for management report, organizing general affairs, staff welfare included family membership system and volunteer activities
  • Assist in ad-hoc / regular project
  • Perform any other appropriate duties as assigned by supervisor

Qualifications & Preferred Attributes :
  • Diploma in Human Resources Management or related discipline
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in Human Resources and Administration experience
  • Well versed with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and HR best practices
  • Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Proficient in computer application including MS Office
  • Independent with good communication and interpersonal skills
