The appointee will be affiliated with the College Development Office, and will be responsible for (a) planning and liaising with alumni, as well as both internal and external parties, to organise activities, programmes and assist in campaigns for alumni as well as fundraising initiatives; (b) providing secretarial and executive support to the Office and alumni association, including liaison and committee work, compiling proposals and reports; (c) preparing publicity materials, coordinating the publication of quarterly alumni newsletter, and managing online and social media platform(s) of the Office; (d) managing alumni records and database; and (e) performing other duties as assigned by supervisor(s). Occasional irregular working hours, including weekends, evenings or holidays, may be required.
Applicants should have/be (i) a good Bachelor's degree; (ii) at least 3 years' post-qualification experience, preferably in public relation, management, marketing or related fields; (iii) an excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua); (iv) good computer skills; (v) excellent communication, problem-solving and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work as a good team member; (vi) independent and outgoing; (vii) a positive work attitude and high self-motivation; and (viii) the ability to manage multi-projects independently and meet tight deadlines.
Appointment will initially be made on a 2-year contract with contract-end gratuity, renewable subject to good performance and mutual agreement.
