We have an ambitious growth plan and are now seeking outstanding candidates to make significant contributions to both diversify our portfolio and support our existing strengths in architectural scholarship. You will drive forward a research agenda related to our strategic areas and develop research collaborations within the wider University and beyond. You will be a key player in the School's agendas around architecture, cities and environments, and make positive contributions to the development of Hong Kong and the wider region, responding to opportunities and challenges in existing frameworks, such as HK2030+, UN SDGs, and New Urban Agenda.

Applicants should have a doctoral degree in a subject area relevant to architecture and urbanism. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in teaching and distinguished record of research or practice in the following areas :

  • Digital Design and Analytics
  • Sustainability and Healthy Cities

Appointment will initially be made on contract basis for up to three years, renewable subject to performance and mutual agreement.
