Senior Human Resources Officer / Team Lead - Servicing

Established in 1963, Heep Hong Society is an education and rehabilitation organization committed to helping children and youth of diverse needs. With a workforce of 1,200+, we serve more than 15,000 families every year at over 50 service units, as well as mainstream kindergartens, primary and secondary schools. We are seeking qualified and dedicated individuals for the post of Senior Human Resources Officer / Team Lead - Servicing.


Responsibilities :

  • Responsible for the full spectrum of Human Resources focusing on recruitment, servicing, employee relations, and training coordination
  • Manage entire employment cycle from recruitment (preparing and posting job ads, screening CVs, arranging and conducting interviews, preparing hiring proposal, making offer, preparing and signing employment contract), onboarding, orientation, staff movement, and separation
  • Coordinate various recruitment activities e.g. job fair, career talk
  • Work proactively to source suitable candidates to cope with the manpower requirements
  • Source and evaluate the effectiveness of different advertising media and recruitment channels
  • Work closely with line managers and provide HR advice and support
  • Prepare regular HR related reports and correspondence
  • Input and maintain accurate employee records in HRIS
  • Coordinate and facilitate training activities
  • Organise activities to improve employee relations
  • Assist in HR related projects such as HRIS enhancement, employee engagement as assigned
  • Compile and prepare various HR reports and statistics
  • Perform any other duties as assigned

Requirements :
  • Diploma holder in Human Resources Management, psychology or related disciplines, preferably degree holder
  • At least 5 years relevant experience of which 2 years at supervisory level
  • Proven hands-on experience to handle recruitment, servicing, employee relations, and training functions
  • Well conversant with Employment Ordinance and related Ordinances
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Independent, mature, teamwork, responsible, problem-solving, good time management, task-and result-oriented
  • Immediately available preferred
