The CUHK Business School (Undergraduate Office), a vibrant and energetic office, is looking for an Executive Officer II to join the team. The major responsibility of the Executive Officer II is to provide administrative support to business undergraduate programmes jointly offered by the CUHK Business School and global leading business schools. They are flagship programmes which attract high flyers locally and globally every year.

The appointee will be responsible for (a) programme and curriculum management of business undergraduate programmes which are jointly offered by the CUHK Business School and other global leading business schools; (b) student advising; (c) liaison with external and internal stakeholders; (d) planning, designing and co-ordinating overseas learning trips; and (e) performing any other duties as assigned. Working outside normal work hours and occasional duty trips will be required.

Applicants should have/be (i) a Bachelor's degree; (ii) fulfilled the English language requirements set out on the website: ; (iii) at least 3 years' post-qualification executive experience, preferably with experience in student advising and programme management at tertiary institutions; (iv) an excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese (including fluency in Putonghua); (v) excellent interpersonal, communication and analytical skills; (vi) solutions-oriented, open-minded, and receptive to changes and challenges; and (vii) self-motivated with the ability to work independently, under pressure and multitask within tight deadlines. Experience in international academic collaboration is preferred.

Appointment will initially be made on a 2-year contract with contract-end gratuity, renewable subject to good performance and mutual agreement.
