Project Co-ordinator II

The appointee will be responsible for (a) managing the human resources (HR) operations of the School; (b) implementing HR rules and regulations; (c) providing administrative support for meetings, office operation, undergraduate and postgraduate programmes; (d) co-ordinating and providing support to events and activities; and (e) performing other tasks as assigned.
Applicants should have (i) a Bachelor's degree; (ii) at least 3 years' relevant work experience in human resources management, preferably in the tertiary education sector; (iii) a good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese; (iv) proficiency in computer applications, such as MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint; and (v) good interpersonal skills, and the ability to multitask, work independently and under pressure with tight deadlines. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to sit for a written test.
Appointment will initially be made on a 2-year contract with contract-end gratuity, renewable subject to good performance and mutual agreement.
