Administrative Assistant

The Association is a medical Association formed in 1948 under Chapter 1024 of Hong Kong Laws and at present it is the parent organisation of the Ruttonjee Hospital and the Grantham Hospital. It also administers one care and attention home, three Chinese Medicine Clinics, one Dental Clinic as well as a health promotion centre.

Job Responsibilities:

  • To undertake daily administrative and clerical duties
  • To assist in health promotion activities
  • To process bills and manage payment records
  • To receive visitors and general public at the front desk
  • To handle personnel matters

Requirements:
  • HKCEE / HKDSE or equivalent, at least 3 years working experience
  • Good computer skill in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese typing, experience in Flex Accounting System is preferable
  • Self-motivated, good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese

Monthly Salary:
  • HK$13,735 - HK$24,070 (commensurate with qualification and experience)
