The Office of Undergraduate Studies of CUHK Business School, a vibrant and an energetic office, is looking for a high calibre candidate to join the Admissions and Marketing Communications Team.

Reporting to the Associate Dean (Undergraduate Studies) and the Administrative Director (Office of Undergraduate Studies), the appointee will be responsible for (a) strategic planning, implementation and evaluation of marketing campaign, with the goal to promote school branding and achieve admission goals; (b) development and execution of strategic admissions efforts in various admission events, including admission interview, academic counselling, inauguration ceremony, information day, school talks and tours, etc.; (c) fostering positive relations and partnerships with secondary schools and other overseas institutions that helps to attract high-calibre local and international students; (d) overseeing the editorial content, design and production of marketing collaterals such as newsletter, annual reports, video production, web site / digital channels content, press releases and other external presentation materials; (e) creating and implementing marketing plans to engage target audiences across multiple social media platforms, such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.; (f) preparation and cost control of team budget; and (g) undertaking any other duties as assigned. Occasional travel for business purposes and working outside office hours, including weekends, will be required.

Applicants should have (i) a Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Communications or related business disciplines; (ii) fulfilled the English language requirements set out on the website : ; (iii) at least 8 years' post-qualification executive experience; (iv) an excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese (including fluency in Putonghua); (v) strong organisational and event management skills with an excellent analytical, strategic mindset, polished communication and presentation skills and technological savvy; (vi) strong business acumen, the ability to build relationship with key stakeholders and be passionate about higher education; and (vii) a creative and open-minded attitude, and receptiveness to changes and challenges. Prior experience in marketing, communication, admission either in tertiary institutions or agencies will be an advantage. Those with less experience may be considered for appointment as Executive Officer II. Shortlisted applicants will be invited to sit for a test and/or interview.

Appointment will initially be made on a 2-year contract with contract-end gratuity, renewable subject to good performance and mutual agreement.
