Senior Manager (Community Development Services)

Requirements :

  • Degree holder in Social Work with at least 5 years' managerial experience;
  • English Language (Syllabus B) and Chinese Language at Grade E or above in HKCEE / Level 2 in HKDSE;
  • Registered under Social Workers Registration Ordinance;
  • Relevant work experience in community development services;
  • Possess a strong passion for serving the deprived and with foresight in service development;
  • A capable leader with willingness to accept new challenges;
  • Good command of both written & spoken Cantonese and English.

Job Duties :
  • Responsible for overall planning and coordination of the Community Development Services;
  • To lead and manage the operations of service units under the Community Development Services;
  • To identify service gaps and develop service projects according to the diversified needs of indigent communities;
  • To develop strategic partnership and collaboration with relevant community stakeholders.
