Roles and responsibilities :

  • manage all stakeholder care communications; ensure quality control on all donation procedures, ongoing communication and enquiries;
  • assist the team leader in reviewing and enhancing the stakeholder information system to provide customer relationships functions, regular reports and analysis for supporting the marketing goals;
  • review and streamline the receipt, recognition handling and opt-out process, arrange and manage the regular data clean-up;
  • work closely and untiringly with different departments in expanding and improving the database. Assist in promotion activities and enhance the communication platform;
  • Administrative and event support

Key Requirements :
  • A recognized higher Diploma / Associate degree or equivalent, preferably in business administration, marketing, or other qualifications with exposure to customer analytics;
  • A minimum of 1 years' work experience in customer relationship management (CRM) / database and system administration;
  • Understanding of CRM in the Charity field with analytical, problem solving and project management skills;
  • Sound knowledge in Microsoft Office (Excel and / or Access in particular for data analysis);
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese
  • Strong sense of responsibility
  • Well-organized and able to work on concurrent time-critical tasks and activities
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
