Qualifications :

  • Degree holder in Social Service Management or related discipline
  • Minimum 8 years related work experience of which 5 years in supervisory position
  • Knowledgeable in barrier free access products, both hardware and software, and adaptive aids for the visually impaired
  • Experienced in business and financial management of a social enterprise an advantage
  • Good Chinese and English writing skills
  • Good communication, analytical and problem solving skills

Duties :
  • To be in charge of the daily operation and the business of the Company
  • To develop business plan and marketing strategies for the Company to ensure a steady growth of the company business
  • To liaise with major customers and potential clients for new business opportunities and products development
  • To keep abreast of the market trend and explore new business opportunities for Braille and Tactile products and barrier free access facilities
