The appointee(s) will work in dynamic teams to provide administrative services for (a) student affairs and programmes matters; (b) committee works; and (c) other duties as assigned.

Applicants should have (i) a Bachelor's degree; (ii) fulfilled the language requirements set out on the website : http://www.hro.cuhk.edu.hk/en-gb/languageforeo ; (iii) at least 8 years' post-qualification executive experience in the tertiary education sector; (iv) an excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese; (v) strong analytical skills and self-motivation; (vi) a creative, innovative and entrepreneurial attitude; and (vii) excellent interpersonal, communication and organisational skills. Those with less experience may be considered for appointment as Executive Officer II(s).

Applicants must submit copies of certificates showing that they have fulfilled the language requirements and academic qualifications stated above, otherwise their applications will NOT be considered.

Appointment will initially be made on a 2-year contract with contract-end gratuity, renewable subject to good performance and mutual agreement.
