• Degree holder or above;
  
• Minimum 5 years work experience in project and general administration, exposure in welfare sector is an advantage;
  
• Assist the team to oversee project implementation by developing project plans and collaborating with project partners;
  
• Facilitate project evaluation and monitoring by collecting, organizing and preparing information and documentation;
  
• Good analytical, problem-solving and reporting skills;
  
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, proactive, independent and able to handle multiple projects to meet tight deadlines;
  
• Proficient in written English and Chinese;
  
• Proficient in software applications (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing);
  
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior Organisation Development Officer
