HOPE Support Service Centre for Ethnic Minorities (Wanchai)
Contract until 30 May 2021
(a) Provide reception and general clerical support for service centre. (b) Organize and maintain an accurate and orderly filing and recordkeeping of files. (c) Assist in the procurement and maintenance of office equipments. (d) Manage the interview schedule record of the clients. (e) Manage the booking record of the training rooms.
(a) Completed HKCEE Form 5 or HKDSE or equivalent. (b) 2-3 years work experience preferably in a multi-ethnic setting. (c) Proven ability to organize tasks and handle frontline work in receiving clients.
Other Requirements :
(a) Good command of oral and written English and/or Chinese. (b) Fluency in at least one minority language is a distinct advantage. (c) Computer literate. (d) Experience working in a cross-cultural working environment with flexibility to handle diverse groups. (e) Have a valid work visa and flexibility to work at irregular hours, weekends and holidays as the Centre opens from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm daily except Monday mornings, shift duties is required.
